The Ministry of Finance directs the operations of all involved in the evaluation, approval and monitoring of the contractors to the Counter Trade Offset Program, and includes:

• The evaluation and approval of all investment projects proposals and packages.

• Monitoring of progress and the compliance with rules and regulations.
