Kuwait's postal charges are one of the cheapest in the world with over 40 working offices. The Ministry of Communication has put the service out to private company. It is worth noting that local and overseas mail can be delivered to any given address in Kuwait or to a P.O.Box Number which then has to be collected from the Post Office.
